Hunter Tannersville CSD

Located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, the Hunter-Tannersville Central School District consists of Hunter Middle School which serves 200 students from Pre-Kindergarten to 6th Grade and Hunter-Tannersville Middle and High School serving an additional 200 students from 7th to 12th Grade.

Kasselman Electric’s contract included work at both schools. At the Hunter Middle School, Kasselman installed a new CCTV and Card Access security system to heighten the safety level at the school. At the Middle and High School we worked with the existing Fire Alarm provider to update and upgrade the existing system. These upgrades included additional horn strobe units, clock system adds, PA system adds, as well as a new CCTV and Card Access System. Kasselman also installed over 150 interior lighting fixtures, 100 occupancy sensors, and 25 exterior fixtures. The final part of the contract included upgrades to the buildings Electrical service which included 3 new panels of 1200A, 800A, and 400A.
