Albany Family Court

The Albany County Family Court has the authority over many issues relating to children and families, including paternity, custody, visitation, child support, child abuse and neglect, delinquency, and violence and abuse among family members.

When Albany Country decided that their current courthouse was no longer adequate, they solicited the top contractors around the Capital District for the construction of new a facility. The new Courthouse provides Albany County with new judicial facilities as well as state of the art support space.

Kasselman Electric conducted all the electrical construction, including lighting fixtures, site lighting, lighting control devices, fire alarm system, electrical distribution, emergency standby generator, and wiring devices.
