When the Fort Miller Group, a six-company holding enterprise serving local, national, and international markets, decided to expand its metal fabrication division they chose Kasselman Electric to design-build a new 14,000 square foot office and 67,000 square foot production facility.

From the initial design to the finished product, Kasselman Electric provided the expertise to develop the state-of-the-art facility. The entire facility is illuminated with state of the art LED lighting which includes daylight harvesting controls to maximize energy conservation. Roughly 40,000 feet of conduit has been installed under the concrete slab to give the building more flexibility for future expansion, as well as provide the facility with a much cleaner look.

Kasselman Electric’s work consisted of all electrical distribution, lighting, lighting control, fire alarm, wiring device, and communications systems.
