Becky Kasselman

Becky Kasselman is the President and CEO of Kasselman Electric. For 35 years, Becky has dedicated herself to the multigenerational company with great success. Over the years, she has guided her company through tremendous growth during good times, and strategically led it through challenging times. She credits the success of Kasselman Electric to having built a smart and dedicated team of people around her who are aligned in their mission, yet celebrate and draw inspiration from their differences.
As a female entrepreneur in a predominantly male business, Becky has earned the respect of her team, her competition, and her clients through her ability to make smart and strategic decisions, and by leading with confidence and compassion.
Becky believes that through the personal and professional development of her team, Kasselman Electric thrives. By fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and proud of their work, she has created an atmosphere of excellence. Under her leadership, Kasselman Electric has expanded beyond the Capital Region and now has a strong presence throughout New York State.

Theodore Rydzewski
Theodore Rydzewski is the Chief Financial Officer of Kasselman Electric. He brings 35+ years of accounting and finance experience, with a background supporting organizations in the manufacturing and construction sectors. He joined Kasselman Electric in October 2024, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance functions.
Brad Kasselman
Brad Kasselman’s connection to Kasselman Electric Began long before his professional career; he grew up in the company. He officially joined the team in 2004 when he received his working papers, starting in the warehouse and supporting day-to-day operations from a young age. Over the years, Brad gained hands-on experience across the organization, taking on roles including Delivery Driver, Warehouse Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, and Safety Manager.
This well-rounded background, paired with his deep understanding of the business and the industry, led him to his current role as Vice President and Business Development. Today, Brad focuses on strengthening client relations, expanding strategic partnerships, and helping guide the company’s long-term vision. As a third-generation member of the Kasselman family, he is proud to carry forward the legacy of integrity, innovation, and service that the company was built upon.
Christopher Hagen
Christopher Hagen began his electrical career in 2014 when he joined the Union and became a proud member of IBEW Local 236. He brought his field expertise to Kasselman Electric in 2018, where he quickly became a valuable contributor to the company’s project teams.
In 2023, Christopher transitioned from the field into the office, stepping into his first office role as Project Manager. His strong background in field operations, combined with his leadership abilities and commitment to quality, positioned him to advance into his current role as Project Operations Manager.
As a LU 236 member who continues to stay connected to the trade, Christopher leverages his hands-on experience to strengthen coordination between field and office teams, support project efficiencies, and help drive successful outcomes across Kasselman’s portfolio.
Kyle Rose
Kyle Rose joined Kasselman Electric in February 2012, beginning his career with the company as a Project Manager before expanding his responsibilities into estimating. Over the years, he progressed from Project Management into Estimating, building a strong foundation in both project execution and preconstruction strategy.
In 2022, Kyle began overseeing the estimating department, where he now leads the team in developing accurate, competitive bids, and detailed project proposals. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative approach, Kyle plays a key role in positioning Kasselman Electric for successful project awards.
Edward McAdoo
Edward McAdoo began his career in the electrical trade in 2008 when he joined the Union and simultaneously started his journey with Kasselman Electric. With a strong foundation in the field and a commitment to excellence, Edward advanced through the company and officially became our Superintendent in 2022.
Still an active Union member, Edward is committed to supporting the next generation of electricians by educating and mentoring upcoming talent. As superintendent, he oversees field operations, coordinates project schedules, and ensures crews have the support and resources they need to perform safely and efficiently. Edward takes pride in guiding teams through complex projects and helping those around him grow in their careers.
