455 Patroon Creek

A brand new, Class A office space is located at 455 Patroon Creek Boulevard. It features a multi-tenant, 42,000 square foot professional office building located across from the NYS Harriman Office Campus. This site is easily accessed via Washington Avenue, Exit 4 of I-90 via NY Route 85 and the Harriman Ring Road.

This site is within fifteen minutes of the Albany International Airport, less than ten minutes away from downtown Albany. This building is home to RBC Wealth Management, RBC Capital Markets on the second floor, and the Plastic Surgery Group.

Two years ago Kasselman Electric worked with BBL Construction on developing this project. Kasselman Electric did all the electrical construction from the ground up. Our work consisted of all lighting fixtures, lighting control package, electrical distribution, devices, fire alarm, ID badging system, push assist handicap doors, and security wiring provisions.
