When Accenture was awarded a major contract with the State of New York, they solicited the area’s top contractors for construction of a 20,000 square foot commercial office and data center. There was only one major problem; their budget.

Kasselman Electric value engineered the project within budget and without any loss of functionality, much to Accenture’s surprise. We redesigned the lighting plan, substituted occupancy controls for lighting switches, and redesigned the audio/visual package. We were able to provide everything the client requested while passing all of the required energy calculations and for a fraction of the original cost.

Our work included all electrical construction including but not limited to lighting, lighting control, electrical distribution, wiring device, access control, surveillance, fire alarm, communications, audio/visual systems.
