Job Summary

Padua Hall currently houses approximately 280 upper-class students. Padua is a four-story suite-style residence hall. Padua Hall is one of Siena’s newest residence halls, and is named after St. Anthony of Padua, a Franciscan friar who joined the Catholic Church after giving up his inheritance and committing to a life of helping others.

Some of the amenities Padua Hall offers to students are a newly renovated lobby, kitchenette area with full-size refrigerator and microwave. There’s also 8 washing machines and 12 dyers, 7 lounges, 3 equipped with television sets, including independent and group study areas, and an exercise Room on the 4th floor with access to 2 elliptical machines and 3 treadmills.

Kasselman Electric was responsible for all electrical construction including electrical distribution, wiring device, lighting, lighting control, fire alarm, communications, and access control systems.
