Siena College started to perform a phased renovation and restoration of Siena Hall (constructed 1938), the institution’s original building. The project was set to achieve several goals: to provide new offices with increased daylight and views; to upgrade classrooms with fully integrated state-of-the-art technology systems; to restore the exterior and interior in keeping with the facility’s recognition as the college’s iconic, signature building; and to replace and modernize all mechanical and electrical systems. Of particular interest is the Business Department’s brokerage room, completely equipped for trading on all major US and foreign exchanges.
Kasselman Electrics work consisted electrical distribution, wiring device, fire alarm, communications, data center, lighting, lighting control, and access control systems.
